Parameters: String Name Integer Error
Returns: None
Asynchronous result of calling the SetElementOuterHTMLByName method.
Name contains the Name of the element which was set. Name is case sensitive.
Error is 0 when the element is found and the outerHTML property was set, or 1 if the element identified by Name was not found.
