Parameters: None

Event that triggers when the actual window is created.

This event was created for VB6/VBA in order to have a substitute for OnCreate which does not work there.

It will also work for other environments.

The order of events in MS Access is as follows:

- VBA "Form Open"

- OnCreateControl

- OnActivate

- VBA "Form Load"
